It is with sadness we announce the passing of Hazel Lyttle on December 27, 2016 at St. Paul’s Hospital. Hazel is lovingly remembered by her husband, Murray; son Murdoch Charles Lyttle (Danielle Verbeek) of Calgary, AB; grandchildren Samantha (Lyttle) Nahorniak of Saskatoon, Kiara Nahorniak of Saskatoon, Devin Czank of Saskatoon-Humboldt; great grandchild Ayden Nahorniak; and sisters Dawn Marie Dingwall of Saskatoon, Jaine Jacques (Dingwall) of Saskatoon, Linda Stewart (Dingwall) of Saskatoon, Mary McClelland (Dingwall) of Weyakwin Lake, SK. She was predeceased by her daughter Shannon Elizabeth Lorraine Lyttle and her brothers William Murdoch Dingwall and (Buster) Clarence Nelson Keys.
Hazel and Murray married on October 11, 1975. Over the years she worked at Klassen’s, Yips & Jacks (Clubs), European Meats and the Royal Canadian Legion #362. She enjoyed bingo, bowling and gambling, and one of her fondest memories was travelling to Hawaii with her mother, brother Bill and sister Dawn Marie, then a second time with her mother, husband Murray, and all her sisters and their spouses. Hazel will be missed by all who knew her.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Mayfair United Church.
We opened our Saskatoon office to allow families direct access to full memorial service arrangements without the overhead cost of a traditional funeral home. We are proud to offer a fresh and unique approach to funeral and memorial planning.
