Harvey Eugene Mckee

The family of Harvey Eugene McKee is sad to announce his passing at Primrose Chateau on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at the age of 84 years. Harvey is survived by his daughter Diane Sabraw (Nolen Harriman), sons Glen (Wayne Smart), and Brent (Denise) McKee, his 4 grandchildren, Jennifer (Derek) Shymanski, Jason Sabraw (Amanda), Kendall McKee and Matthew McKee. Brother-in-law Stuart MacLachlan; nieces Debbie Mercer, Dawn MacLachlan, Adrienne Morin, and nephew Scott McKee and their families and as well as other family and friends. Among the many memories dad held fondly, was his career with the Canadian National Railway for 44 years, working with his train sets, spending time at the cabin at Christopher Lake, and tending to his plants. A very special thank you to the staff and residences of Primrose Chateau for making dad’s time a memorable experience. The family would also like to extend a special thank you to Dr. R. Baltzan, Dorothy, Dr. A. Nayar, the wonderful staff of the Cancer Clinic, as well as Golden Home Wellness Andrea, Lisa and Alma. Occupational Therapist Jesse, and the Palliative Care Nursing Team. At dad’s request, there will be no funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Saskatoon Cancer Centre or the Saskatoon SPCA.
