It is with sadness we announce the passing of Ruth Zaback, age 96, of Saskatoon on January 13, 2022. Ruth was born on April 22, 1925.
She is predeceased by her husband Bernard Zaback; her parents Dawson and Adna Jaques and her great grandson Cory Croy.
She leaves behind to mourn her passing: children, Terry (Linda) and Sandra; grandkids: Allan, Crystal (Phillip), Ramona, Yolanda, Richard, Illisa, Tyrus, Tessa and 15 great grandchildren. Ruth was a WW2 Veteran with the air force. After the war she went to University and became a school teacher and also a homemaker. Ruth and Bernie used to love to go on cruises and spend their summers at Lake Diefenbaker at their cabin.
Ruth loved to do her crafts, pottery, painting, quilt making and spending time with family and friends. She will be missed and never forgotten.
Due to Covid precautions a private celebration of life will be held at later date.
