Sharon Anne Staves
July 10, 1946 - March 12, 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sharon Anne Staves on March 12, 2025 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan at age 78, after a short courageous battle with cancer.

Sharon is survived by her son Scott (Jennefer) and her grandchildren Shaundra-Lea, Caitlin (Shaun), Gai'Din and great grandchildren Kai, Patience, Mckynzie, Frankie, Charlie, Tommie; her daughter Staci and grandchildren Mckenzie (Trevor), Cordell and great grandchildren Arya, Evelynn and Wrenley; her sister Mona and niece Kim as well as numerous other extended family members.

Sharon was predeceased by her parents Grace and Joesph Staves and her brother Larry Staves.

Sharon will be lovingly remembered for her deep love of traveling the world, intelligence, music, creativity and drawing. Her genuine love and dedication to the Edmonton Elks (Eskimos), Toronto Blue Jays, Tai Chi, Reiki, rocks, crystals and healing energy. Sharon's baking skills and recipes that are fondly remembered, recreated and continue to be passed down to her great grandchildren. Her thoughtfulness in always finding the perfect card and gift for those she loved.

At Sharon's request there will be no funeral or celebration of life.

Donations can be made as per her request to the Alberta Children's Hospital in Calgary, Alberta.
