Terry Edmonds was born on September 29, 1966 in
Regina
,
Saskatchewan
. Tuna (as he was known to his friends and family) passed away on April 14, 2022 in
Saskatoon
,
Saskatchewan
.
Preceding him in death were his parents Bernice and Denis Edmonds, whom he loved very much. He is survived by his children Danny (Amber), Krista and Darci and his grandchildren Emma, Havok, Anthony, Bradley, Aiva and Mieka. Countless friends and family have been touched by his presence over the years and we all share in missing him.
Tuna’s love for his family and friends knew no bounds. He loved his children and grandchildren fiercely and deeply and would move mountains to ensure their happiness.
Tuna never knew a stranger and would make anyone feel welcome anywhere. He would do anything for a laugh, even if it was at his own expense. The family finds great comfort in the many, many times they were reduced to tears in laughter and his sense of humour will be greatly missed.
He worked in the trucking industry for years and enjoyed the job and the people he met. Many friends were formed at any place where he worked.
Tuna had lived with congestive heart failure for the past five years and had been in and out of the hospital multiple times. Despite the discomfort, pain and anxiety associated with these visits, Tuna was always the one cheering us up. His ability to remain upbeat and optimistic even during health challenges inspired us then and will continue to do so forever.
