Obituary of Ron Trost

Ronald Jacob Trost 1942 – 2016 The passing of Ronald Trost, age 73, occurred on July 2, 2016 at Saskatoon City Hospital. Ron was surrounded by his loving family, his wife of 54 years Shirley, his three children Ron (Eileen), Susan (Ron) and Bob (Sandra). Ron will also be missed by his six grandchildren; Stephie (James), Jess (Adam), Carly, Kaylee (Christopher), Veronica and Andrew as well as three great grandchildren; Noah, Piper and Skylah-Hope. He also leaves one surviving sister; Deanna (Al) Balfour. Ron was born at the family home on December 18, 1942 and attended Wilson School. Ron began his strong work ethic at Midwest News, and his sales career at Paulin Chambers, Northland Stationers, Woodmaster, Buy-Rite Furniture and finally ending at Saskatoon Appliance before he was forced to retire due to health issues. Ron was a strong yet gentle man who made friends wherever he went and will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
