Obituary of Joyce Milne

MILNE, Joyce

March 27, 1939 – January 5, 2020

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Joyce Milne announce her passing. Mom had a stroke on December 22, 2019 and passed away on January 5, 2020. Joyce worked for Department of Highways in North Battleford, SK for over 20 years before retiring to Saskatoon. Mom's love and energy for life was contagious. She always had time for family, friends, neighbors and anyone who crossed her path. Barely a day went by the either her children or grandchildren or both would call Mom (Grandma) for advice, support, or just to have a chat. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She was survived by her husband Woody Milne, children Ron Johnson, Barb (Kevin) Feist, Judie (Ross) Buell, daughter-in-law Brigitte St. Amant, grandchildren Kelsea (Matt) Glencross, Luke Feist, Danielle Buell, Kimberly Buell (Jordan Tornato), Michael Buell and great-granchildren Chase Glencross, Nate Glencross, sibling Maimae Johnson, Stuart Frazer, Eerie Frazer and Wonda (Dan) Sargent and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by son Rod Johnson and granddaughter Nicole Feist. A graveside memorial was planned for Mother's Day but was postponed. A joint graveside service at Woodlawn Cemetery is planned with husband Woody Milne. Donations can be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation.
