Obituary of Keith George Jeffrey

JEFFREY, Keith George
January 10, 1951 – March 22, 2020

Keith George Jeffrey passed away at home March 22, 2020. He was born January 10, 1951, the third of seven children born to Ken and Dorothy Jeffrey. Keith is survived by his children, Tammy (Mark) Schaffel, Amber Jeffrey and Dallas (Amanda) Jeffrey;  step son, Tyness (Dana) Meadows; their mother, Trellis Jeffrey; grandchildren Jaiden, Devin, Rylie, Jamie, Tasia, Taylora, Sorcha, Petal, Serenity and Kwill; four great  grandchildren, three sisters, two brothers, and numerous nieces and nephews. Dad will reunite with his parents, his brother  Roger, and best friend Bill Christenson who dad spent countless hours with at the shop or on his farm. Dad loved getting out on the tractor whether it be working or just driving around. He also got out camping as much as he could until his health started to decline. Dad had a few careers in his life, from the Baker Brothers, driving truck, mechanics in the shop, to Managing Maxies Bus Division where he spent the last 25+ years.

For those of you who knew Keith, you know he loved to BS weather he was telling you his opinion on something or telling you what needed to be fixed and how to do it the RIGHT WAY! You could find dad at Bozo’s having a coffee or at Robins Doughnuts where dad loved to shoot the shit. Dad definitely had the gift of gab. He always made a lasting impression! Dad was known as Oscar the Grouch to many with the heart of a teddy bear! He will be dearly missed!

We would like to thank the Dr.’s and Nurses at Royal University Hospital and his Nurse Practitioner, Erin Boyce, for her support and going above and beyond for dad. He looked forward to her visits.
 
At dads request there will not be a funeral, however, we will be holding a come and go tea at a later date.
