Colleen Dawn Fleury

 

August 26, 1962 - November 7, 2021

 

 

Colleen was born in Porcupine Plain, SK. She was adopted by Joyce and Alex Radchenko. She was raised on a farm south of Battleford, SK. Colleen attended North Battleford Comprehensive High School. 

 

Colleen is survived by: her loving husband, Jason Fleury; mother, Joyce Radchenko; sisters, ViviAnn (Art) Bastien and Karen Radchenko; and numerous extended family. She was predeceased by her father Alex Radchenko.

 

Colleen worked in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Colleen met Jason and they were married in August of 2002. Together they made their home in North Battleford, SK.  For the last decade Colleen was a passionate potter and taught children’s pottery classes in her home studio. She was beloved by her students and their parents.

 

Colleen loved adventure, motorcycles and cooking for friends and family. She could cook anything and it was always good. Hospitality and humour were her languages. She was a friend to all she met. 

 

She loved animals, her and Jason adopted and cared for many dogs and cats.

A small private memorial for immediate family was held on November 17, 2021.
